Encouragement for Moms: Hope Letter Monday: If Your Hope Feels a Little Bruised

Can I ask you something?
Who’s carrying you?
You spend your days carrying tiny hands, big emotions, grocery bags, laundry baskets, schedules, doctor’s appointments, bedtime routines, and the invisible mental load that seems to follow motherhood everywhere.
You pour into everyone around you.
But when your own heart feels tired…
Who pours into you?
If you’re looking for encouragement for moms today, I hope this Hope Letter reminds you that you’re not alone.
Not because I have all the answers.
Not because I have motherhood figured out.
But because I’ve learned that hope has a beautiful way of growing when we stop pretending we have to carry everything by ourselves.
Some days, hope looks like laughter echoing through the living room.
Other days, hope looks like getting out of bed, pouring another cup of coffee (or tea), and trying again.
Neither makes you a better or worse mom.
Both are beautiful.
Maybe today your house is messy.
Maybe your patience feels thin.
Maybe you’re wondering if you’re doing enough.
Can I gently remind you?
Your children don’t need a perfect mother.
They need you.
The one who keeps showing up.
The one who keeps loving them.
The one who keeps trying, even when the trying feels hard.
That matters more than you know.
I believe every Mama deserves encouragement, especially on the days when hope feels a little bruised.
So before you rush into the rest of your day…
Take one slow breath.
Wrap both hands around your coffee.
Let your shoulders relax.
And remember this:
Hope isn’t gone.
Sometimes it just needs a friend to remind it that it’s still there.
That’s what these Hope Letters are for.
My prayer is that these Hope Letters become a place of encouragement for moms every Monday.
Because there’s always a seat waiting for you.
Come sit with me.
Hope & Love Always,
Nanny Nicole
